Zheng should explore ways to save the nation, and integrate the three religions of Confucianism and Taoism, and put forward the main points of Confucianism and Taoism, the same principle of Confucianism and Taoism, and the unity of the three religions but not one principle. Standing at the height of history at that time, he put forward his own reform initiative.
